Rudy Rinaldi
An Italian born in Arezzo, Tuscany, graduated in “Tourism Sciences – Enogastronomy and Tourism”, boasts a career that spans multiple sectors of Ho.Re.Ca. business. In the bartending sector, he was a Section Trustee of the A.I.B.E.S. Bartenders Association and a trainer at the prestigious International Bartender Association “I.B.A. Training Centre Europe” in Venice, as well as a consultant for the Campari group in the “Campari Truck Project” and at trade fairs for spirits. In the wine and sommelier sector, he won several National Competitions and Masters (A.I.S. association) and was National Training Manager for A.S.P.I. (Italian Professional Sommelier Association). Also in the wine sector, he is an Honorary Member of the ShShS (Albanian Sommelier Association) and a Member of the DOC Wine Tasting Committee for “Agroqualità”. He is part of the jury of the prestigious “International Taste Institute” in Brussels, which judges the quality of beverages marketed in the European Union. He also wrote “Vino Facile” (“Easy Wine”) an Amazon bestseller in 2017 for books on wine, which places him among the most appreciated writers in this field. He has managed a successful restaurant for many years and has been involved in consulting and professional training for over 20 years, distinguishing himself for his didactic methodology that privileges communicative simplicity and immediate translation into practical training.
