Italian from Molise, a region where the Arbreshe and Croatian cultures are present, she has a career in all sectors of the HoReCa world. She has been a hotel manager in Florence, a Chef in her restaurant, and a sommelier, and for this reason, she is a Master in pairing food and wine. She is an olive oil taster for the Molise Region, a water sommelier for ADAM (Associazione delle Acque Minerali) and expert in spices and aromatic herbs. In the world of wine, she has won various prizes in national competitions for professionals sommeliers and was President of Abruzzo and Molise for the ASPI sommelier association, which is affiliated with ASI. She is considered one of the best women wine tasters and is an excellent teacher of tasting and pairing food and drink for Hotel Schools and Associations. She was part of the jury of the prestigious “International Taste Institute” in Brussels, which judges the quality of drinks marketed in the European Union. She is also an honorary member of the OSHS association (Albanian Sommelier Association).
